Abstract

The family environment, like a small society, requires proper management to achieve the mutual rights of family members. In this regard, numerous points have been made in the words of the Imams (Peace Be Upon Them) regarding this matter. The present research, using a descriptive-analytical method, examines how to manage a family based on the tradition of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (Peace Be Upon Her), the result of which will be the realization of the rights of family members. After examining the tradition of that great lady of Islam, her management method can be divided into two categories. Some of these methods have a cognitive and epistemological role, such as: recognizing the position of women in the family, recognizing the position of the mother in the family, recognizing the position of respect in the family, etc., and others relate to the way she behaved in dealing with life’s circumstances and situations, which are known as managerial rights in life. For example, we can mention the following: the skill of understanding the spouse’s position in life, the skill of observing the managerial position of the man in life, and the skill of expressing affection and love to the spouse.
